AAU is proud to offer its students the opportunity to live together with their classmates from different countries and cultures right in the heart of Prague, only 20 minutes from the AAU Campus in a lively district full of shopping opportunities, parks, and restaurants. Located at U Průhonu 56, 170 00 Praha 7, in a newly refurbished building, our partner Zeitraum offers housing for AAU students and other young professionals in Prague.

PRICING Pricing differs depending on the students choice of single or double room and the length of stay. Accommodation is offered for the full Fall Semester (September – January) or Spring Semester (February – June) term, or for the entire academic year. If capacity allows, students can also be accommodated in the Winter and/or Summer terms as well. Pricing is as follows: PRICE PER SEMESTER SINGLE ROOM – CZK 75,000 DOUBLE ROOM – CZK 65,000 The price includes utilities, wifi, government fees and use of common spaces. The price does not include a refundable security deposit: CZK 12,000 Additional costs include: Cleaning CZK 650 / bed / month (CZK 3,250 / bed /semester)

We evaluate students individually, there is no hard limit on the amount accepted

At this time, we only offer a Merit-Based Scholarship to our second-semester students. Essentially, this means that at the end of each semester, we evaluate each student’s academic performance and if GPA is a 3.9-4.0, then their next semester is free of charge. From there, we have a merit fund that we use to offer a 50% discount to students with a GPA of 3.8, 3.7,….etc. until that fund is gone. The only conditions for this merit-based scholarship is that students cannot receive it until they have completed one full semester with us, and have taken a full course load (5 classes).

AAU requires an internship to graduate. Our Career Center helps our students find internships.

Our graduates have gone on to work for top businesses and law firms, NGO’s, or have their own ventures.
